Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech and Language Pathologist.

Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.

Compassion, empathy, and patience to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc is looking for a fun, energetic SLPA (Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant) to work under the direction and supervision of a credentialed Speech and Language Pathologist. Provides direct treatment to students. Follows and implements documented speech goals per the student’s Individualized Education Plan/Care Plan. Documents students’ progress toward meeting the established goals and objectives within the student’s IEP/Progress Notes and reports information to the SLP. Assists the SLP during assessments by assisting with documentation and clerical duties. Prepares therapy materials for use in therapy sessions. Adapts or modifies instructional materials as determined by student needs or abilities. Assists in maintaining student records, tallying data and preparing materials.

Must be available afternoons and early evenings.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and their families about the condition and how to manage it.

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is looking for an experienced, energetic, and caring Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to expand existing and future programs. We are a center of excellence serving children with autism and other developmental delays, and approach children’s needs both individually and as part of dynamic multi-disciplinary teams that include licensed experts in speech, physical, and occupational therapy.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of Occupational Therapists:

  • Conduct consultations and assessments, plan individual programs, and provide direct treatments;
  • Develop instructional materials and evaluate state-of-the-art material for treatment;
  • Document and collect data on all treatment sessions and conduct quarterly progress reports;
  • Maintain client files and treatment logs in an organized manner and provide appropriate documentation to the interdisciplinary team;

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year pediatric-related experience;
  • Passionate about the treatment and advancement of children;
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • Professionalism, leadership, and sensitivity; and * Good work ethic, efficient, resourceful, organized, and punctual.
