Stepping Stones Therapy Insurance and Billing Information
At Stepping Stones Therapy, our insurance and billing staff is here to help you navigate insurance questions and processes. Our goal is to make it simple for families to receive specially designed care plans for their children.
Insurance Types Accepted
When it comes to insurance, we are contracted with Kaiser, Cigna PPO, and Blue Shield PPO plans. Your child’s benefit coverage for care is based on your insurance company and specific benefit plan.
If you have one of our in-network providers, our team will submit claims to your insurance. You are responsible for plan specific co-pays for each visit. Your insurance takes care of the rest.
You can contact the customer service department on the back of your member identification card to verify if you have in-network access to Stepping Stones Therapy, or you can contact us directly at 949-955-0010.
If you don’t have one of our in-network providers, don’t worry. We also work with families with out-of-network insurances. We don’t want any obstacles in the way of your child’s care and treatment plans.
With an out-of-network provider, you will be responsible for session fees before the appointment. However, we will still handle the rest of the claims process. Then, your insurance company will provide you with plan-specific reimbursement.
